Yesterday MilanoSesto broke ground with Unione Zero. A significant milestone for the first private development parcel of Sesto San Giovanni’s former Falck area. As part of MilanoSesto, one of the most important urban regeneration projects in Europe, ACPV ARCHITECTS designed new office spaces for Intesa Sanpaolo and a 250-room hotel. This project has been conceived with environmental sustainability and energy efficiency at its core, following LEED and WELL standards. Standing at one of Miami’s most sought-after locations, the tower comprises 189 residential units powered by solar energy. Imagining how owners would use each space within the property, was the guiding principle of this interior design project: selected furniture, materials, textures and colors create an ambiance of informal luxury.
