Our very own Taj Shuriquie is now leading our development in the South West, and he’s already making an impact — not just on projects, but on the next generation of designers. Taj recently delivered a two-day mentoring session with MSc Sustainable Architecture students at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales, exploring how fire safety principles can be embedded within sustainable design strategies. It’s great to see such strong engagement from students who are clearly passionate about shaping safer, more sustainable buildings. In his new role, Taj will be building relationships across the region, supporting clients with top quality fire safety services, and championing collaboration between fire engineers and design teams. If you’d like to learn more about the services we offer in the South West, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Artec Fire #fireengineering #fireriskmanagement #artecfire #southwest
I had the pleasure of a rewarding two-day mentoring session with Sustainable Architecture Masters students at the Centre for Alternative Technology, Wales. It was inspiring to dive into fire safety principles with such an engaged and motivated group. Looking forward to seeing how student projects develop, integrating fire safety principles with sustainable design initiatives within their respective schemes! A thank you to Dr Carl Meddings for the invite. I’m grateful for the chance to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and contribute to the critical conversations around fire safety in sustainable architectural design. #Architecture #FireSafety #Sustainability #CATWales #ArtecFire Artec Fire
