At the start of this month, we obtained Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator for the conversion of this landmark office building in the centre of Slough to provide 137 premium rental apartments; many benefiting from expansive views over the town and beyond to Windsor Castle and Eton. FRONT. were appointed through Stages 4-5 including CDM and BSA Principal Designer roles.  This was our first application with the BSR which was made all the way back in April this year; we want to extend a huge thank you for the due-diligence and expertise of the team that supported the process. Works are commencing on site and we are looking forward to seeing this one take shape and working our way through to Gateway 3 completion.
