Our The Crown Estate scheme at 11-12 Pall Mall supports the preservation of one of London's most prestigious streets. The seven-floor building stands on a historic site once home to three terrace houses built in 1740. Between 1901 and the mid-1920s, the area was redeveloped, and the stunning Edwardian Baroque structure we see today took shape. We are proud to be part of this significant asset’s journey; from its construction in 1903 to our fit-out in 2024-2025 for the Workplaces by The Crown Estate , the building has maintained a significant presence on Pall Mall. Our team will now upgrade this Grade II listed building by replacing all services, improving internal structures, stair cores, and the entrance reception, and through the repair and restoration of its grand façade, transforming the space into a modern, premium workspace for its next occupiers. Another successful acquisition! We’re excited to announce the off-market purchase of a long income supermarket investment on behalf of a private investor.  The asset is let to Farmfoods on a new 15-year lease, in a prominent location in Stirchley, Birmingham. The acquisition aligns with our investor’s requirements for secure long-term income with underlying alternative use value.
