We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Rosey Alexander and Christina Burnie, to our board as Directors.
Rosey’s promotion to Operations Director marks an impressive milestone in her career. Since starting as a Part 2 Architect in 2000, she’s continuously driven innovation at Bond Bryan, championing data-led strategies and advancing technology through platforms like Rapport3 and Power BI. From Architect to Associate and Head of Technical Operations, she has been a key figure in fostering growth and data-driven decisions. Her leadership is defined by her passion for celebrating diversity, and her commitment to empowering others. Rosey is a true advocate for being the best version of yourself, embracing unique perspectives, and driving positive change.
“I’ve always believed in combining technology with a personal, human approach, bridging the gap between technical understanding and clear communication. I’m grateful for the incredible mentors and colleagues who’ve shaped my career and leadership style, and I’m excited to continue identifying talent, driving innovation, and contributing to the growth of Bond Bryan as I step into this new role.” - Rosey Alexander
Christina’s 16-year journey with Bond Bryan has been nothing short of inspiring. Having started as a Part 2 Graduate in 2008, Christina has grown both professionally and personally, qualifying as an architect, becoming a mother, and rising through the ranks to become an Associate Director. Her journey has been shaped by her passion for teamwork, curiosity, and problem solving, all of which have played a key role in her success. As a Board member, Christina is excited to further support Bond Bryan’s growth, particularly in the Southern Home Counties. Her message is a powerful one: follow your dreams, be curious, and always be part of something bigger than yourself.
“I am delighted that I can officially say that I am one of the first female board members at Bond Bryan and whilst I am proud of that achievement and the hard work, perseverance and a bit of good luck that has gone along the way, I would like us all to celebrate the fact that we work at a time, and for a company, that can support an individual to achieve that, through study leave, maternity leave and part-time employment. It is possible.” - Christina Burnie
Huge congratulations, Rosey and Chrissie!
