Well done to McAleer & Rushe for yet another project award nomination for the recently completed Exchange Square 2. The project which was delivered for Nikal and Grainger PLC has been a highly successful addition to the Birmingham BTR and Hotel market and sets the precedent for further positive regeneration of the Eastside area. Exciting times for the University of Warwick publicising this major programme of works for the West Midlands. Cadence Projects are proud to be supporting this development providing Project Management services for the Energy Centre & Strategic Network, distributing heating & cooling to several of the key buildings within the Connect Programme. #STEM
Our plan for the new science and engineering precinct at the University of Warwick's Connect programme has been approved by the local authority. The Connect programme will see the renovation and relocation of its existing science and engineering facilities and the construction of a new social sciences building. Our design focuses on bringing forward top-of-the-line research spaces, science labs and classrooms. The strategic direction enables the University of Warwick to continue delivering a world class education to its STEM students, by putting science on display through hands-on exhibitions, connecting communities with the university's ground breaking research, and improving collaboration between departments.
