This year, CampbellReith is thrilled to have sponsored the ACE2Zambia team’s 2024 project. The team, consisting of seven talented Architects and Civil Engineers from the University of Bath’s ACE department, embarked on an incredible journey to Zambia in July 2024. Over eight weeks, they collaborated with Sport in Action and Volunteer Zambia Foundation to design and construct two new basketball and netball courts at Chinika Secondary School in Kanyama, one of Lusaka’s more deprived neighbourhoods. CampbellReith is delighted to have supported the team’s funding and contributed technical input during their time in Zambia. We congratulate the ACE2Zambia team, and everyone involved for this successful and impactful project. We look forward to supporting the 2025 team on their next adventure. CampbellReith reaffirmed as trusted supplier of Technical Due Diligence services to Homes England! We are delighted to continue our long-standing relationship with Homes England in the provision of multidisciplinary TDD services via the Lot 1 DaRTS Framework. Our new TDD Services call-off contract appointment builds upon our +10 years’ experience, most recently including the 2019 National TDD Services call-off contract. Prior to this we assessed over 50 sites for Homes England via the Local Authority Accelerated Construction Programme and over 30 sites via the HCA Starter Homes Technical Assessments programme. The new call-off will continue to build upon the work of the previous contract, assessing site acquisition or funding potential to unlock market stalled sites that the private sector cannot deliver. Many of the sites have been acquired through the Land Assembly Fund (LAF) and our work has led to several successful acquisitions including high-profile sites such as Attleborough SUE (Norfolk), Hurst Farm (Mid-Sussex), Houghton Regis (Central Beds), The Steadings (Gloucestershire), West Lane (North Yorkshire) and Axbridge Road (Somerset). CampbellReith is supported by our strong team of collaborators including: Tibbalds, fabrik, LDA Design, Luken Beck, FLOH Consulting, TEP - The Environment Partnership, ACCON UK Limited, Allen Dadswell Construction Consultants and Ward Williams . If you are interested in learning more about our multidisciplinary due diligence services, please contact Simon Boots (North), Grant Plain/Alan Poulton (South East) or Tristan Tucker (South West). #TechnicalDueDiligence #HomesEngland #MultiDisciplinary
