Yesterday was World Mental Health day. We hosted a brilliant session by Dr Shani Dhanda - the UK's most influential Disabled Person whose journey and reality is filled with learnings for all of us.
She talked about the simple act of helping well-being and creating an inclusive team by making sure everyone 'feels seen' - a call-to-action to all of us to recognize big and small contributions with thank yous, compliments, simple acts of care or just showing you are listening.
It's a belief I practice passionately... as mentioned in this lovely article by Creative Salon Worldwide on what is brilliant account management. Because yes, it matters equally with clients.
