Eagle Street Partners has let 6,124 sq ft to telecommunications company Lightspeed Group at the WestPoint office scheme in Peterborough. Savills and DTRE LLP represented Eagle Street Partners on the deal. Knight Frank acted on behalf of Lightspeed.

It's impressive to see the precast structure and unitised façade being built simultaneously at The CarriageWorks. Bathroom pods have already been installed, and with the apartments sealed, interior fit-out can begin immediately. By utilizing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), the project will be delivered on a more accelerated timeline and benefit from enhanced quality control. The Carriageworks scheme at Castleforbes is starting to take shape. Recently, we had the delivery of distinctive red pigmented concrete panels for the landmark 18 storey tower from Techcrete. These distinctive red pigmented panels create a simple play on shadow, emphasising the sculptural qualities of the building. Eagle Street are delighted to announce the disposal of Block 5, Richview Office Park to MNK Partners. Eagle Street are proud to deliver a project like Richview demonstrating in-house Asset Management expertise. Eagle Street in tandem with their design team successfully transformed the building from a D2 to an A-rated building with an occupier in situ enabling the exit to an institutional buyer, MNK Partners.
