Progress continues at our Telephone House project on Malbourough Street, Dublin 1. Triple lift shafts and central staircore are complete to roof level. We are now up to level 3 with the RC frame. This design and build development consists of the refurbishment and change of use of the existing Telephone House, from office use to a 290-bed Aparthotel for Home2 Suites by Hilton.
