Help us shape our research on the Italian STEM landscape! Are you a current or former student from the Italian education system wanting to pursue a STEM career in motorsport? Are you currently working in a STEM role in motorsport, or have you wanted to work in a STEM motorsport career and opted for a different career path? Or are you an Italian STEM professional who decided to move abroad to pursue a dream career in motorsport? If so, we want to hear from you! Mission 44, together with Enovation Consulting, is undertaking a rapid evidence review and landscape analysis of STEM industries in Italy, including the range of interventions, opportunities/gaps, and pathways available to young people wanting to pursue a career in STEM in motorsport. We are conducting a survey to collect data about the experiences of young people in Italy to understand the scale of the problem, the barriers young people face from progressing into STEM careers in motorsport, and the opportunities available to help break down those barriers.
