📣 Upcoming Changes to Planning Application Fees 📣 ET Planning would like to inform you of forthcoming changes to planning application fees across England, as legislated by the Government. These changes arise from the National Planning Policy Framework consultation held last year, which proposed updates to planning application fees on a nationwide basis. All staff will be on annual leave & will not be contactable during this festive period. On Friday, the ET Planning team came together for our annual Christmas celebration – a fantastic opportunity to reflect on all we’ve achieved this year and enjoy some well-deserved festive cheer. It was great to see the team together, celebrating our hard work, shared successes, and the continued growth of ET Planning. 📣 The updated National Planning Policy Framework has been published today, 12th December 2024, setting out the government's planning policies for England and how they should be applied.
