Our design team recently visited Buckler’s Park Phase 5, a project we’re incredibly proud to have designed after being appointed by Cala Group Limited. With it being right next to our Wokingham office, we’ve had the unique opportunity to watch this new community take shape around us! Phase 5, currently under construction, will deliver 201 new homes across 5A (111 homes) and 5B (90 homes). It forms part of the wider Buckler’s Park development, which features a primary school, community centre, and local amenities, creating a thriving, well-connected neighbourhood. As part of our quarterly team meeting, we visited the show homes, using the experience as an opportunity for learning, ensuring we continuously improve the way we design and deliver great places. We’re grateful for our ongoing partnership with CALA Homes on this exciting project. Monica joins Boyer’s Design team from Barratt Developments, bringing to the team over 10 years' experience in masterplanning, layout design and her commercial awareness.
