Thrilled to announce that Practical Completion has been achieved in Thurrock today! Another successful project has been delivered on programme and within budget by our team Faircloth Construction Ltd . The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment program both internally and externally, aimed at maximizing embodied carbon savings in construction and promoting energy efficiency throughout. Internally, the project included a full office re-fit with state-of-the-art LED lighting and efficient HVAC heating and cooling systems. We also installed Electric Vehicle charging points and provided on-site renewable energy through rooftop Solar PV. Externally, significant expansions were made, including extending the main south concrete yard up to 65m, extending the east concrete yard up to 48m (0.63 acres), and widening the north car park/storage yard to 0.64 acres. This marks another milestone in our commitment to sustainable construction practices and energy-efficient solutions. Huge thank to the team at Savills who made it such an enjoyable project to start to finish.

Today marks a fantastic milestone as we have achieved practical completion at Cartersfield Road, Waltham Abbey! These four modern units look great, featuring a shell and core envelope with ground and mezzanine floor to a Cat A specification.
