The swimming pool is now ready to be filled and outside, the western car park has been completed with tarmac. The playground and park pathways are also fully finished and ready for use. Caddick Construction Limited have been appointed to deliver the first phase of Cole Waterhouse’s flagship regeneration project, Upper Trinity Street in #Digbeth. “This 182,986 sq. ft residential project will comprise of 211 apartments spanning three individual blocks, the tallest of which will be 10 storeys high. Breck Homes PLANS TO DELIVER OVER 250 HOMES ACROSS THE NORTH IN NEXT YEAR! “This financial year, as we continue to grow across the North, we plan to deliver more than 250 new homes, exceeding the 240 we have delivered between February 2024 and January 2025. We currently have an active development pipeline of over 1300 homes across the North West and we are currently on site at five developments in areas including Lancashire and Cheshire. This includes 205 affordable homes in Winsford on behalf of registered affordable housing provider Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd and 104 in Crewe on behalf of Torus Homes. Handovers on both sites are expected to take place throughout this year.” 🗣️ Andy Garnett, director at Breck, said: “Since Breck was formed, we have developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality affordable housing developments to address the demand across the North West. “As part of our continued growth, we will be expanding further across the North in 2025, particularly into Yorkshire, where we have agreed terms on three development sites totalling over 120 homes. These 45 later living apartments have their lightweight steel frame completed this week which concludes the main structure. All designed, manufactured and installed within Caerphilly.

The team has already deconstructed the old retail unit and removed the steel mezzanine to create additional space for the full-height, radius glass extension, and deliver a spectacular reception space. The public footway will be upgraded alongside improvements to northern and southern escalators, with strict planning for intermittent closures and diversions as dictated by phasing, to allow vital works to take place. With material delivery sharing the same access as people and with limited structural capacity of the podium, the team will implement a just-in-time system to manage space constraints. Working in such high-traffic areas is complex, but the outcome will be a significantly enhanced pedestrian experience, with an upgraded public realm and a more inviting, visually striking environment for all who use it. McLaren Construction Group have been appointed by O&H Properties to deliver the £60M first phase of a stunning Foster & Partners-designed development on the corner of New Bond Street and Grafton Street in London’s West End. The seven-storey, 5,400 square metre prime retail and office development includes lower ground, ground and first floor retail space with five storeys of office and event space above. The design for the Mayfair Conservation Area includes a striking precast concrete and brick façade with curved triple-glazed bay windows and a zinc shingle roof. BOUYGUES UK have have topped out at the fourth phase of their regeneration scheme, Hallsville Quarter. “This phase of Hallsville Quarter, developed in a joint venture between Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP and Bouygues UK’s development arm, is set to become a vibrant home for London students. The purpose-built student accommodation, designed by PRP Architects with interiors by Holloway Li, will feature 375 state-of-the-art student rooms, modern amenities, a roof terrace, and a beautifully landscaped public realm. Bouygues UK, as the developer and main contractor, is committed to a low-carbon, sustainable approach, aiming for BREEAM Official Excellent certification. The development will feature fully pre-fabricated bathrooms as well as a self-delivered concrete frame. Multiplex has been appointed by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and CO-RE London to deliver the landmark redevelopment of the former ITV studios on London's iconic South Bank. Designed by Make Architects, the development will create a 25-storey office building connected to two buildings of 14 and 6 storeys.
