As Head of Apprenticeships and Careers at the The Priory Federation Of Academies Trust, Ellis Potter wanted his team to benefit from some high-quality training from a reputable provider to enhance their vocational skills and improve the experience of their students. He enrolled his team on the Skills Bootcamp in Vocational Training and Development led by the University of Lincoln in March 2024 and funded by the Greater Lincolnshire LEP in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council. Ellis said: "The Skills Bootcamp has had a profound impact on our team. It not only equipped them with essential skills, but it provided them with confidence in and validation of their abilities."
