Following our recent announcement that Sam O'Neill has joined the Harsbrook team, it is great to see him leading our collaboration with Knight Frank, where Harsbrook will be acting as a preferred consultant. Through this collaboration we will be offering Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to Knight Frank's existing and future prime residential clients. With our consultancy services Sam and the team will continue developing opportunities in the Central London residential sector. 

As Women in Construction Week continues and International Women’s Day approaches, I would like to take a moment to recognise the progress made, all the challenges that remain, and of course the incredible contributions of women in every industry, including our own. In construction and beyond, women are leading, innovating, and making real impact. But true progress is not just about recognition—it is about creating equal opportunities for everyone, breaking down barriers, opening doors, and building workplaces where talent, ambition, and hard work matter most. Yesterday, we had a breakfast with the amazing women in our team in Harsbrook and I want to thank everyone who joined. It was great to take a moment to connect and celebrate together - we are always proud of their dedication and the impact they make every day. Their strength, talent, and passion inspire us all, and we are grateful for everything they contribute to our team! It has been a busy week at Harsbrook, we held our first social of the year and had an International Women's Day breakfast for the Harsbrook ladies. It has been lovely spending quality time with the team to celebrate our successes, share our ideas and also welcome some of our new starters. We are looking forward to the upcoming Harsbrook Birthday at the end of the month.

Harsbrook Hosts 🥐 : This morning we co-hosted a networking breakfast with Elicyon at Timmy Green, Victoria. It was great to introduce a mix of professionals from the super prime sector and discuss ideas over breakfast. Who said refurbishing an existing staircase had to be boring? K&H Design alongside ALEX TART ARCHITECTS LIMITED thoughtfully designed a simple painted refurbishment to the existing staircase, complete with a French polished handrail and a K&H carpet runner from their collection "No Straight Lines". Harsbrook is excited to announce our 2025 New Starters: Conor Griffin MRICS, Senior QS: A chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Conor brings extensive expertise in cost management and project delivery across the construction industry. With experience on high-profile projects like 70 St Mary’s Axe and Citi Bank Tower, Conor is dedicated to driving value and ensuring successful project outcomes. Holly Hearne, PM: Holly qualified as an ARB registered Architect, who has experience working on award-winning infrastructure and high-quality residential projects. During her career she has honed skills in managing complex design packages with a focus on technical development, consultant coordination and client engagement. With a passion for exceptional design and a key eye for detail Holly will help deliver excellent results to the client. Archie Fox, Assistant PM: Prior to joining Harsbrook Archie gained experience working for a residential based architecture practice in Cambridgeshire on a diverse range of projects, such as Grade I listed buildings at Burghley Estate giving him a strong foundation and knowledge of construction projects. Archie has a keen eye for detail having co-designed a Grade II listed boutique hotel renovation on The South Downs for an award-winning hotel group. His interest and knowledge of the wider project teams allow him to communicate clearly for strong project synergy. We have loved working with them so far and we can't wait to see what they achieve whilst working with us at Harsbrook.
