Whistler's Barn, a derelict barn set within a beautiful Oxfordshire garden, was transformed into a rustic yet sophisticated hideaway.   The key challenge faced in this project was to blend contemporary design with the existing traditional character. This was achieved by working alongside local craftsmen to restore original features, such as the exposed beams, and introducing rich colours and large windows to invite an abundance of natural light into the property. We are delighted to share we have received planning permission for the first 112 dwellings at Discovery Park, Kent. The new masterplan will deliver much needed quality housing to the area and support the existing Discovery Park activities. Working closely with Dover District Council, the focus was on creating a vibrant and sustainable community, based around the key design principals: 🏡 Cohesive, contemporary architectural design 🚶♀️ Walkable, healthy, inclusive streets 🌲 Local, natural landscape design Special thanks to Architects, Anna Bateson & Michael Flanagan, for all of their hard work! We're excited to share that today, Partner Sam Cooke and Senior Architectural Designer Michael Flanagan successfully completed a design review for an upcoming large-scale residential project in Kent. The project, which includes a commercial component, features a central hub designed to connect the surrounding neighbourhood and serve as a local landmark.
