Project Completion: We are thrilled to announce the successful delivery of works at our Great Portland Street instruction, with Gus Beswick MRICS and Harriet D'Arcy-Hatton providing Contract Administration and Project Management services for our valued client, The Langham Estate. Undertaking a detailed design and specification process followed by a single stage tendering exercise in line with the Client’s procurement requirements, Defined Interiors were successfully appointed as the main contractor. Works included: CAT A refurbishment works to the second and third floor office spaces. EPC upgrade works to achieve the Client’s minimum EPC B rating requirements. Refurbishment of the main entrance lobby area. Undertaking a collaborative approach with all stakeholders throughout the duration of the programme, we were able to oversee and deliver the works in a timely and affordable manner. By keeping sustainability matters at the forefront of all project discussions, the Client has been provided with an end product in line with their own sustainability strategy for the wider portfolio that also meets current market demand. Great work and well done to all involved!

We are delighted to commence the first phase of an extensive commercial refurbishment and fit-out of Brockbourne & Oakhurst House in Tunbridge Wells. Our first collaboration with fit out contractor JT3 and MEP consultant Unova Consulting. A great collective effort by the team in assisting our clients to reposition their commercial assets to reflect a more sustainable, low carbon refurbishment. With prospective tenants expressing new ways of working we are working closely with our extended team of specialist consultants and suppliers to meet the needs of tomorrow. Regency Grove Commercial Developers Team are appointed as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent. We are delighted to announce the Practical Completion on two external maintenance and redecoration projects to 24 Wigmore Street and 69 Wimpole Street respectively, with Chris Leone and William Maxted working with our valued client Bradley Hawkins MRICS from The Howard de Walden Estate. Following a single stage tendering process in line with the Client’s procurement strategy, BSPS Ltd were successfully appointed as the main contractor to undertake the following works at these Grade II Listed properties: 24 Wigmore Street / 3 Wimpole Street: Masonry works including cleaning, structural and cosmetic repairs and repointing, including intricate and skilled repairs to moulded terracotta details and folded copper clipped leadwork. Decorations to all windows and external railings. 69 Wimpole Street: Masonry works including cleaning, structural and cosmetic repairs and repointing, including intricate and skilled repairs to moulded terracotta details and folded copper clipped leadwork. Through diligent design, procurement and management of the works, the project has been delivered both in a timely manner and within the Client’s budget.
