On Tuesday, we were lucky enough to once again attend the Cheltenham Festival to experience the famous ‘Cheltenham Roar’! Howel Morris, Dave Bathurst and Andrew Jackson were pleased to be joined by Stewart Court MCIAT MCIOB, Jenny Tett and Tony Riddle for an enjoyable day in great company. Our Mark Bellringer was delighted to attend the recent groundbreaking ceremony at Plot 26 Avonmouth! The 215,000 sq.ft warehouse development will be delivered by Barnwood Limited for Indurent - it was great to see the whole project team to get together to celebrate the groundbreaking! Rodgers Leask is pleased to be providing consultancy support to this scheme including design of surcharge, earthworks, piled foundations and floor slab, external works, drainage and S278 access works.
