We crunched the numbers and it’s official: 2024 was a standout year for Techspace 🪄 From the launch of our largest flagship building, Goswell Road, to hosting 475 events that inspired over 25,000 curious attendees, our review of last year illustrates that we’re making waves in the right areas. 🤓 As a tech-only community, we’ve witnessed the magic of in-person connections across our spaces, epitomised by our jam-packed calendar of monthly events. The impact also extends to the work we do behind closed doors. This year alone, our design team personalised 37 offices for our members, creating collaborative environments that empower teams to do their best work. So what are the other numbers worth celebrating? How many coffees did it take to keep our community going? 😅 And more importantly, how many furry 🐶 guest appearances did we get this year? We recently hosted TEDxWoodLane (TED Conferences) at The Loading Bay! This inspirational event, hosted by Anna Kalbasko, was dedicated to amplifying women's voices and sparking meaningful conversations. A locally organised TEDx gathering, it brought together inspiring women to share their powerful stories, ignite ideas, and drive change. With a focus on diversity and inclusion, this year's event tackled pressing issues, celebrated achievements, and envisioned a future where gender equity is not just a goal but a shared reality. From thought-provoking talks by women leaders in entrepreneurship, activism, and medicine to interactive sessions and vibrant networking opportunities, the day was a celebration of inspiration, empowerment, and community.
