We had the privilege of visiting the incredible Rainbow Trust Children's Charity this month to present them with a cheque for £20,933. This donation will directly support their amazing Family Support Workers, who provide a lifeline to families caring for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. There are an estimated 86,625 children in England facing this reality, a number that has tripled in just 17 years. We're grateful to our members and suppliers for making donations like this possible. By choosing Procurement Hub, you're contributing to charities like Rainbow Trust every month. https://lnkd.in/ezudeY4N #ProcurementHub #Charity #GivingBack #SocialImpact #Procurement

Great to see our Development Contractors Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in action! Last week, our Client Relationship Manager, Beverley Tattersall, visited Yorkshire Housing’s Massey Fold development in Spofforth. She met with Development Project Manager Steven Harrison and was impressed by the progress being made on this beautiful project. Yorkshire Housing has partnered with JACK LUNN LIMITED, a supplier on our DPS, to deliver a mix of 72 affordable homes. This #development is part of their goal to build 8000 new homes across Yorkshire to help address the housing crisis. We’re proud to have supported Yorkshire Housing in their #procurement process through our #DevelopmentContractors DPS, providing a compliant and efficient route to market. Jack Lunn Ltd is doing a fantastic job delivering this project, and we’re excited to see the positive impact it will have on the local community. We are incredibly proud to support The Buddy Bag Foundation QAVS! Our Supplier Relationship Manager, Sacha Whalley attended The Buddy Bag Foundation's awards night on Friday and was thrilled to receive the Corporate Partner of the Year award on behalf of Procurement Hub. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to support such an incredible organisation and the vital work they do for children entering emergency care after fleeing violent situations at home. To support children in this situation they have created the Buddy Bag to provide comfort when all else has been removed. A Buddy Bag is a backpack that contains all the essential items a child needs. They include toiletries, pyjamas and underwear, in addition to comfort items such as a book and a teddy bear. Thank you to the Buddy Bag Foundation for their incredible work and the acknowledgement of our support. It's great to see Major Projects Framework partner Willmott Dixon mark this big milestone for Flint care home. Works on the Tŷ Croes Atti care home has reaching the ‘topping out’ stage, which signifies completion of the building structure’s highest point. When complete in the summer of 2025, it will provide quality and dedicated later living housing for 56 local residents. Andrew Peck Peck, Senior Client Relationship Manager said: “This project is a great example of how the #MajorProjects Framework 2 can deliver true value for the people of Flintshire. Local supply chains have played a major role in delivering this project, bringing well needed support to the care sector. There are significant challenges in the care sector, and this type of scheme demonstrates the fantastic partnership that Procurement Hub and Willmott Dixon can deliver together.” Find out more about the Major Projects Framework> https://bit.ly/3XqId9H #ProcurementHub #ProcurementMadeSimple #Construction
