We're delighted to have Michael Gruener join the business. Michael brings extensive experience in selling to European wealth managers. He spent a decade at Goldman Sachs building wealth manager distribution businesses, followed by 12 years at BlackRock, where he played a key role in making them the leading provider to the European wealth management industry. As European Head of Sales for BlackRock’s iShares, he doubled AUM from $250bn to $500bn. Later, as Head of Retail for EMEA, he oversaw the entire BlackRock offering—including active strategies, private markets, and technology—for wealth clients. We know that with Michael on board, the possibilities for Titanbay are endless, and we are so excited to be on this journey together.

So a couple of absolutely huge milestones here at Titanbay today. 1. We are extremely excited to have hit $1 billion in AUM with a year over year growth of 6x. It is a testament to how quickly we are transforming private markets, our team’s relentless dedication and customer obsession, and the privilege of working with some of the world’s most pioneering and forward thinking clients. 2. I was looking for a Chief Commercial Officer and hired a Co-CEO instead. We scoured Europe for the best commercial leader with unparalleled expertise in wealth and asset management. I am absolutely thrilled to say that we have found that leader in Michael Gruener, a veteran of BlackRock and GS and I’m extremely delighted to welcome him as Co-CEO. Adding his wealth and asset management expertise to our existing world class tech, regulatory and operational expertise will amplify our success and solidify Titanbay as the premier platform for private market investments.
