  • We're pleased to share some behind-the-scenes photos of the Treveth team onsite at St Anthony Gardens, Penzance. The project is well underway and we remain on track to complete the improvements by mid-to-late Spring 2025. Here’s a reminder of the improvements Treveth is making: 👍 Retaining most of the original walls and relocating the iconic archway to a more accessible location. ✅ Introducing British Standard-compliant pathways to ensure the gardens are accessible to all. 🌊 Enhancing seating areas for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking views across both bays. 👥Creating event lawns and spaces for wellbeing and local activities. 🎳 Adding two recreational boules courts. 🌷 Revitalising planting to create a greener, more vibrant space. ⛲ Reinstating the existing fountain so it’s fully operational once again. This project is funded by the Future High Streets Fund as part of the Government’s Towns Fund initiative. Once work on the gardens is complete, we’ll shift focus to the next phase — transforming the former Taylor’s Garage site at Coinagehall Street into a mixed-use development for the community. Keep following our channels as we continue to share more updates... #InCornwallForCornwall #YnKernowRagKernow #ProfitWithPurpose #CommunityProject

  • As we step into the New Year, Treveth is delighted to share an update on the ongoing works at St Anthony Gardens. These improvements are now well underway, and we’re on track to complete them by mid-to-late Spring 2025. Here’s what’s happening in the gardens: 👍 Retaining most of the original walls and relocating the iconic archway to a more accessible spot ✅ Introducing British Standard-compliant access routes for all users 🌊 Enhancing seating and enjoyment of views across both bays 👥 Creating event spaces and lawns for community activities and wellbeing 🎳 Adding two boules courts 🌷 Revitalising planting to increase biodiversity ⛲️ Reinstating the existing fountain for it to be fully operational Once the gardens are complete, we’ll begin the next phase of the project—transforming the former Taylor’s Garage site at Coinagehall Street into a vibrant mixed-use development of homes and business spaces. After working closely with the local community to gather feedback and amend proposals, this regeneration will include: 🏡 36 new homes: 11 affordable homes (including shared ownership) 16 open market rental homes for locals 9 open market sale homes (restricted to prevent holiday lets) 🏢 7 business spaces to support local enterprises. 🌱 The works on the gardens and surrounding public spaces have been supported by Future High Street Funding, and in line with Treveth’s ethos, the development will feature low-carbon technologies to reduce running costs for residents and businesses. We’ll keep you updated on progress throughout the year. #Treveth #Regeneration #Penzance #CommunityFirst #SustainableLiving

Sales and Marketing Manager at Poltair Homes®️

Last week we visited Trenance Learning Academy to choose the winners of our Christmas Colouring Competition, the children were only Age 4-7 and it was very difficult to not choose them all! The winner and runner up won a Gift voucher and a further 18 of the children's pictures are now on display in Morrisons, Newquay where they can take their families over the holidays to show them their creative designs. We are currently building 96 quality new homes in Newquay for Treveth which is another one of their schemes aimed at delivering homes for local people, something which is so important to every local community. Our passion is to help children understand Construction in a fun way and how many job roles are involved, it's not something any of us learnt at school and it's such an exciting and rewarding industry to be in. #community #communityengagement #trenancelearningacademy #newquay #future #learning #fun #christmas #building #newhomes #localpeople #achieve #construction #southwest #poltairconstruction #treveth #southwest #design #quality #build
