Keepmoat’s South Midlands region have announced that contracts were recently exchanged for a new development in East Tilbury. “This project presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with Summix to secure planning permission for much-needed new homes in the area. The development will feature circa 500 homes, ranging from 1 to 4-bedroom homes, available as open market, social rent, and shared ownership. Notably, 50% of these homes will be allocated for affordable properties and all homes on site will include the latest in sustainable technology. Gorman & Company, in partnership with APANO Communities United Fund (CUF) (Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon), is excited to announce construction will begin on The Jade, a new 40-unit affordable housing development in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood. This community will serve the Jade District's Asian-American community by providing a full spectrum of floor plans including 2-3 bedroom units for larger families. This transformative project will replace a long-disputed sanitation depot in Staten Island with affordable housing and a vibrant hub of amenities for the local community. Trees in the ground is the only way that species will reach growth potential and contribute fully to BNG and greater environmental benefits - the street planter solution is often the go-to due to budgets and underground services but whilst this can be understandable in some retro-fit scenarios should never be the case for new developments and public realm projects.

What is it? It's a vision board for your park. A Master Plan is more than just a blueprint, it's a community bond.
