Acting on behalf of Vita Group, a detailed planning application has been submitted for Birmingham’s Good Station – the redevelopment of the former Axis Square site into a new, sustainable urban neighbourhood. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eqvVR-tG   We provided expert Planning, EIA, Heritage & Townscape, Economics, and Sustainability services for the proposal, which includes five new buildings designed by award winning architect SimpsonHaugh, set around a new urban garden which establishes a fully accessible route from Navigation Street to Holliday Street.   Over two years, we have worked with Vita Group to evolve its plans for Birmingham’s Goods Station through extensive engagement with the local community, key stakeholders and Birmingham City Council.
