Delighted to see the ECF Oldfield Basin scheme in Salford, which we secured planning consent for last month, receiving the attention it deserves. Well done to Helen Marks and Lee Fulcher. #planning #AffordableHomes
ECF (English Cities Fund) has secured planning consent to transform a brownfield site in Salford into Oldfield Basin, a thriving new neighbourhood. The scheme is set to deliver over 90 affordable homes through our joint venture partnership with Muse and Legal & General. Set in the heart of Salford’s creative district, plans include low-carbon construction and new community-focused outdoor spaces. Construction is due to begin in March 2025. #HomesEngland #AffordableHomes
