This year was the first since the launch of our inclusion mission that we achieved representation that mirrors or exceeds the UK LGTBQIA+ population, in every single division of the business. ⭐ We continue to provide more opportunities for those aged under-24 for the third year running. Here's why 2025 will be the best opportunity for employers AND employees to join a salary sacrifice scheme. 💡 The popularity of salary sacrifice has soared in recent years, with businesses registering for schemes growing +63% YoY in the third quarter of 2023. Congratulations to our Remarketing Manager Olivia Mills who was today named as an Automotive 30% Club Inspiring Automotive Women Award Winner of 2025! 🏆   Olivia has been the chair our Gender focus group since 2021, helping ensure all colleagues feel understood and supported, which ultimately helps to develop strong allyship across the group.   In the time Olivia has led our focus group, the outcomes have had a proven impact:  - ️Over 40% of our leadership roles are held by women ✅ -️ Our gender pay gap has reduced every year, and is now one of the lowest in the industry, and halved since 2021 📉 -️ 54% of promotions have gone to women with 63% in senior leadership positions in the last 12 months ⭐   And, in the words of our CPO, Stuart Price FCIPD: "Since I joined Zenith, I’ve seen first hand how passionate and driven Olivia is not only as a leader, but as a trailblazing advocate of gender equality.
