Building UK-Australia Partnerships for a Decarbonised Future. We were honoured to welcome Her Excellency British High Commissioner Vicki Treadell to our Fortescue Zero Hazelmere facility in Western Australia. The visit highlighted the strong UK-Australia relationship and our shared commitment to decarbonisation. We showcased how Hazelmere connects with Fortescue Zero’s UK operations to design, prototype, manufacture, and service the cutting-edge technologies driving the transition to a zero-emissions mining fleet. Discussions also explored opportunities for potential partnerships with the UK Government to accelerate sustainability and innovation in heavy industry. A huge thank you to the High Commissioner for her visit, and for reinforcing the importance of collaboration to drive innovation and impact on a global scale. Driving innovation to transform our economy – The Power of Now Fortescue Zero CEO Ellie Coates this week spoke at The Sustainable Markets Initiative ‘Terra Carta’ Summit at Hampton Court Palace. The Initiative, founded by His Majesty King Charles III, sets out the economic case for transition to a sustainable future. It showcases the trillions of dollars invested by the private sector and outlines increased ambition for 2030 and beyond. A number of Fortescue Zero's sustainable systems and solutions are on display at the accompanying exhibition. Ellie highlighted a number of key areas of focus for Fortescue Zero in enabling sustainable change for good in the global economy: - Fortescue Zero’s new energy technology and product roadmaps, which are making the achievement of enterprise and industrial decarbonisation goals possible whilst also reducing TCO (total cost of ownership) for our customers. - The application of world class software (for example, Elysia - Battery Intelligence from Fortescue) applied to battery-based power systems to increase performance, reliability, value and safety. - The application of platform design methods at Fortescue Zero, designed to adopt the latest technologies and make them available to the most diverse range of customers, in the fastest time possible, enabling speed and scale. - Utilising our unique position to create market demand and provide certainty as our own approach is to show others what is possible with technology and scale through the decarbonisation of Fortescue’s own operations. - Building a strong supply chain, critical for the mission and success of the Fortescue Zero products roadmap. Fortescue Zero Announced as Official *Pit Boost* provider for Formula E Season 11🏎 Fortescue Zero has been announced as the official Pit Boost provider for the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, Season 11. ⚡ Having developed and launched Pit Boost technology, Fortescue Zero is delivering a +10% battery capacity boost in under 30 seconds. The ultra-fast booster system can provide two 600kW boost per race, per team, from a portable unit, independent of grid connection. 🔋 Enhanced by Elysia - Battery Intelligence from Fortescue, Pit Boost optimises speed while preserving battery health and integrity. First deployed in Round 3 in Jeddah, this technology will feature in races across Monaco, Tokyo, Shanghai, Berlin, and London. But it’s not just about Motorsport - Fortescue Zero scales these innovations to real-world applications, including a 6MW system which can power a 250-ton haul truck in just 30 minutes. We were honoured to welcome Dame Sarah MacIntosh DCMG, British High Commissioner Designate to Australia, to Fortescue Zero’s Headquarters in Kidlington ahead of her new posting. She was joined by Daniel Rossell-Evans, Head of Asia Pacific in the Investor Relations team at DBT.
