This week, we had the privilege of hosting Pascal Minault, CEO of Bouygues Construction and Pierre-Eric Saint-Andre, CEO of Bouygues Bâtiment International, as they toured our completed Pier Sixty-Six project and got a firsthand look at two exciting new projects – The Raleigh and Hamilton -- just getting underway. Seeing their engagement and support for our work reinforces the impact we’re making in the South Florida region. Beyond site visits, they also took the time to connect with our young professionals over a Young Talent Lunch — a meaningful opportunity for our next generation of leaders to gain insights, ask questions, and be inspired. Last week, HR professionals from various Bouygues SA subsidiaries in the USA and Canada — including Americaribe, CBNA (Civil & Building North America Inc.), Colas Canada Inc., Colas USA, and EQUANS North America — gathered at our corporate office for a North America HR Synergy Meeting, hosted by our HR Director, Lilian Vieira Lima and her team. The collaborative meeting aimed to showcase their respective organizations and HR departments. The discussions centered on key areas such as Recruitment, Benefits, HRIS, Compensation, and Training, with the primary objective of identifying synergies across our companies. By sharing insights into our current initiatives and best practices, we explored ways to support one another, leverage each other's strengths, and enhance overall efficiency. A significant outcome of the meeting was the decision to establish dedicated working groups for each topic. These groups will allow interested participants to collaborate more closely, serving as platforms for ongoing discussion, knowledge-sharing, and strategic alignment.
