Benedict Canyon Equities is pleased to announce the off-market acquisition of Prosper 89, an 89-unit boutique apartment community built in 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The community features a complete amenity package including a resident clubhouse with coffee bar, pool & spa, fitness center, dog park, and detached garages & carports. Prosper 89 is BCE's 11th acquisition in Las Vegas and its 17th in the state of Nevada.

The Benedict Canyon Equities team is thrilled to support Chrysalis and the Navy SEAL Foundation, two incredible organizations dedicated to making a profound difference in many lives. Chrysalis is a nearly 40-year-old nonprofit committed to helping individuals overcome employment barriers by offering a job-readiness program, individualized supportive services, and paid transitional employment. This year, Chrysalis assisted 3,000 clients in securing employment through their transitional programs or direct hire partnerships with companies in the community. It was a wonderful experience to gather as a team and commemorate this significant milestone. The addition of Portside to the North Harbor has created newfound vibrancy into the community. Portside stands as the jewel of the city of Ventura, providing essential housing and an exciting lifestyle for both its residents and local businesses alike.

The Benedict Canyon Equities team is thrilled to announce that we successfully closed escrow on two properties, Spinnaker Landing and Regatta Apartments. These properties form a remarkable portfolio of 152 units in Des Moines, WA. Both properties include top-tier amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and a standalone clubhouse and leasing office.     Ryan Somers, BCE's Chief Investment Officer, expressed the team's immediate attraction to the community, the proximity to employment centers, and its surrounding area. This achievement marks an exciting milestone for BCE, and we look forward to further enhancing the value of these properties while providing an exceptional living experience for our residents. 

The Benedict Canyon Equities team celebrated the official grand opening of Portside Ventura Harbor, Ventura’s newest mixed-use community.
