Thank you Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University and team to support us and joining us in the conference.
Reflecting on the inspiring 2024 Net Impact Conference at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School this past weekend, we were struck by the turnout and the depth of discussions focused on creating a significant community impact through innovation. The event, centered around revitalizing Baltimore's vacant properties, showcased what happens when innovative ideas intersect with purposeful action. The Baltimore Challenge Case Competition was a highlight, insightfully judged by BCPI’s Terrance Smith and Francisca Rojas. Their expertise guided participants as they explored financial strategies for reusing vacant properties, sparking a shared vision for Baltimore’s future. BCPI Communications Director Jovan Hackley, MPS, gave a dynamic opening of the case competition and led the awards ceremony, his energy setting the tone for an event characterized by excitement for the field of public sector innovation. This conference truly embodied the essence of networking, learning, and contributing to community-level change. A sincere thank you to Johns Hopkins Carey Net Impact for having us and to everyone who helped make this conference a success by engaging, offering insights and helping foster public sector innovation. #NetImpact2024 #Innovation #CommunityImpact 📸: Johns Hopkins Carey Net Impact
