🚍 Featured Project: Greater Peoria Mass Transit District Campus Redesign & Expansion 🚍 Clark Dietz is proud to have played a key role in the redesign and expansion of the Greater Peoria Mass Transit District Campus, serving as a subconsultant to Muller & Muller, Ltd. This multi-phase project involved new construction and remodeling of four key buildings, totaling 132,000 square feet. Our team provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services. Key features included water-efficient plumbing, advanced HVAC systems, state-of-the-art exhaust for the paint booth, LED lighting, and robust fire protection. Want to learn more? 🚧 Project Updates on I-80 Infrastructure Project! 🚧 We've seen significant progress on our infrastructure improvements along I-80 at Wheeler Avenue and River Road. These critical enhancements are designed to improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and prepare for future expansion. Wheeler Avenue Bridge: ✅ Bridge replacement with wider lanes and sidewalks ✅ Installation of drainage systems, guardrails, and ADA ramps ✅ Smooth traffic detouring and final landscaping River Road Bridge: ✅ New bridge to support future I-80 widening ✅ Construction of a multi-use path and soldier pile retaining wall ✅ Efficient traffic management and collaboration for safety We're excited to share that the Wheeler Avenue bridge is substantially completed, and the River Road bridge is progressing well, with 50% completion expected by Fall 2024. 🔗 Read the full blog post for more details and photos!
