We are an organization where women support women, build relationships and learn from one another at all stages of our professional journey. We do this by offering women opportunities to connect through interesting programs in unique settings and through informal opportunities for conversation.

Dr. Bridget Cooper (aka “Dr. B) is a leadership development expert, facilitator, and coach who helps teams and leaders think and communicate more clearly and strategically so they can work and navigate problems proactively and effectively. TEDx speaker and best-selling author of seven books on communication, conflict, change, and empowerment (including her 2023 toolkit, “Unflappable”), her mission is to change the world, one life at a time. Dr. B consults and trains on a range of topics including effective leadership, addressing cognitive distortions (including biases), communication & conflict using brain science, and more. She worked as a graduate professor at both the George Washington and Goodwin Universities teaching various aspects of organizational leadership. Dr. B volunteers for Junior Achievement, Lasagna Love, The Miss America Organization, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, and various other charities near and dear to her heart.

This workshop will focus on creative problem solving, innovation and reinvention. We will explore community supported agricultural (CSA) programs, farmers markets, locally grown produce and ways to support your local farming community.
