FCL has started pouring the first slab on the first of 3 spec buildings for Air Commerce Park Project, a 972,000 sq. ft. 3-building speculative warehouse and distribution center for Constellation Real Estate Partners in Orlando, FL. This building will include 251 total dock positions, an ESFR Fire Suppression System, trailer parking and more on the approximately 89-acre site.
