This week at IPL, we celebrated NAIDOC Week across our Australian-based sites, embracing the rich cultural history of our First Nations Peoples. The 2024 theme, ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud’, highlights the enduring strength and vitality of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Here’s a snapshot of some of the events held across our Australian sites including IPL’s CEO Mauro Neves taking part in a Symbolic Art Drawing Workshop at our Southbank Office and a NAIDOC week event at Dyno Nobel’s Curragh site, where employees enjoyed cake and important conversations on what NAIDOC week means to them.   Our IPL RAP Working Group is dedicated to advancing our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, with a strong focus on increasing participation rates among First Nations employees. Let's keep the fire burning and continue to celebrate and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. #NAIDOC2024 #KeepTheFireBurning #BlakLoudProud #IPL #ReconciliationActionPlan #FirstNations

This month, we proudly celebrated the 60th anniversary of our Cheyenne, Wyoming manufacturing facility. The plant was built in 1964 to consume stranded natural gas and produced agricultural products, ammonia, and ammonium nitrate. Today, the site produces the most diverse products in nitrogen manufacturing, donates to over 30 local groups and organizations, and has a great team of employees who show an incredible dedication to the community. Congratulations on sixty great years to everyone who has worked and currently works at the Cheyenne, Wyoming facility!
