The Urban Development Review Board is reconsidering a 55-story tower project at 419 Northeast 19th Street in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, following its initial filing and withdrawal in 2023. The project, led by SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group, includes 463 residential units, 444 parking spaces, and a rooftop sky lounge. The updated design feature includes a reduced podium footprint, a green wall, climbing plants, and a water fountain, all while emphasizing a sleek, modern architectural profile with curvilinear lines and illuminated bronze-colored screens.
