Seeing some very cool stuff lately inside our customers' sales orgs. Companies are adding Crossbeam into the mix alongside tools like Clay, Common Room, and RB2B to create lead gen and selling supermachines. This used to feel like a cool growth hack, but it's increasingly seeming mainstream. Death to the intro! If your sales team thinks that the main way partnerships create value is by "getting us intros" you are doomed. A playbook with intros as a critical path will not scale and it will slow down deals, which is part of why sellers often hesitate to engage with partner teams. You can do better. Ecosystem-Led Growth is about turning your partner ecosystem into a data powerhouse. Buying signals, data enrichment, lead qualification, and contact discovery are just a few playbooks that outrank and outperform the slow, manual legacy motion of "let's set up an intro call."
