Momentum was abundant this week at Kinetic Academy, as there was production, presentations, and meetings galore. Our interns kicked off the week with a boardroom presentation on their three favorite brands and danced into Wednesday with a meeting from our leadership team. In the time in between, they kept their noses in their textbooks with multiple department 101 meetings ranging from PR and media analytics to the creative team. Finally, interns concluded their weeks with a bang as representatives from the Music Audience Exchange (MAX) provided sales wisdom and Mediterranean food in surplus. Kinetic Academy interns are running on an all-gas-no-brakes schedule, and this work ethic sees no stop in sight as they conclude the midway point of their internship.

To engage a young and multicultural audience with Toyota, H/L developed an interactive video game that drives them down the purchase pathway. Creatives from our agency spoke to LBB’s Ben Conway about developing an 8-bit ‘Temple Run’ inspired game to bring the car brand closer to the next generation of drivers.

Kinetic Academy was delighted to attend the Speaker Series Chat at Google courtesy of Jason Jih. The interns enjoyed spending time and learning at Google's offices in San Francisco. Jason delved into paid ads and showed interns where and how they're executed. Google offered exciting perks to our interns, including an onsite barista, dining hall access, and a signed DeLorean from Back to the Future with Google Meet capabilities. Another one of our Kinetic Academy Speaker Series Chats at H/L was given by Jason Liu, a senior director of sales from NBC Sports Bay Area & California who talked about his career and offered great advice and tips for our interns as they begin their career journey.

When our team has an idea, we run with it! Check out the results from our AI photobooth in action at #AMINWorldwide. It's a simple concept but lots of fun: take a picture, add some Midjourney magic, and get awesome digital art. It's a fun way we brought some creative tech to the conference. Because why not? That's how we Make Momentum.
