Erica has experience in a variety of projects ranging from residential, education, healthcare with a focus on community and non-profit work. INFORM Studio is currently working with the Detroit Housing Commission and Ginosko Development Company to redevelop Villages of Parkside, an affordable housing development on the north side of Detroit, as a new residential community with a broad mix of housing options across several affordable income ranges. The project will be located on the existing site, and on an adjacent 19 acre lot at Conner & Frankfort in the Chandler Park neighborhood. The project seeks to give residents higher quality homes that will better meet their needs. We held the first community meeting in September where community members and residents actively shared their ideas while envisioning the future of their community. At Inform, we're committed to ensuring every idea matters and every voice is truly heard. We’re thrilled to be a part of this significant redevelopment for the community!
