📺️ #VIDEO What are the “CD roads” that will be opening as part of the Broadway Curve reconstruction project on I-10? Collector-Distributor (CD) roads separate through traffic from local traffic entering and exiting I-10 through the Broadway Curve area. They will collect traffic from the Interstate 10 mainline, State Route 143 and US 60, and distribute it to crossroads or other highways. There are no traffic signals on the CD roads and the speed limit will be 55 miles per hour. This will reduce the need for vehicles to weave between lanes and help keep traffic flowing on I-10. #Prop400atWork Video courtesy of ADOT.

🏗️🚧⚠️ Construction has begun on the I-10 Wild Horse Pass Corridor expansion project. If you travel between Chandler and Casa Grande, you will now notice cranes and other construction equipment at the Gila River bridges. Crews have started working on drilled shafts that will make up the concrete columns that will help support the new three-lane bridges that will replace the existing bridges. Are you prepared for monsoon season? ⛈️☔️🌧️ The I-17 regional drainage system installed last year between Dunlap Avenue & Greenway Road is ready to work hard this summer to help reduce flooding risk. Funded by #Prop400, the project installed new pipelines for the gravity-powered system to collect & discharge stormwater into the Arizona Canal Diversion Channel. It’s #ThrowBackThursday Here’s a look at Bell Road and Grand Avenue back in 1967. It’s incredible to see how this area is now booming with businesses and housing 57 years later. #MAGregion #TBT
