🚧PROJECT UPDATE!🚧 Our #SGHouston team has been weathering the storms and continuing to make progress at the Harris County Emergency Service District No. 7 Spring Fire Department W.W. "Cotton" Weaver Training Center. Electrical feeds to the logistics building have been installed, and the team is currently focused on procurement with confirmed dates established for the generator, air handlers and steel that are required for installation during phase one of the project. Next steps will include underground plumbing and utility installation at Lexington Road. Stay tuned to watch this project develop! #SGBuildsCommunities #LiveTeamwork

The giraffes will move in soon, but right now our Building Services team is one of the most exciting exhibits at the San Antonio Zoo! 😃
If construction or farming don’t seem like the most glamorous of jobs, you just aren’t talking to enough kids! On a recent zoo trip, my 3 and 5 year old were as excited about a Miniex and CTL working on an expansion as they were in some (definitely not all!) of the animals. My 3 year old carried this sticker around all day handed to him by a SpawGlass employee and he kept talking about seeing the construction workers until we got back to the car. If you build, remodel, rehab, grade, dig, trench, plant, or plow, kids everywhere know you’re a rockstar.

🚧 PROJECT UPDATE! 🚧 The team at the Brazoria County Courthouse Campus Expansion has some exciting updates to share! At the new Justice Center building, the elevators have been fully installed, the final section of wall has received sheetrock cover up, and the look of the atrium is really changing with the addition of new handrails. In the coming weeks, the courtrooms will be painted, floors will be installed and the exterior finishes will be installed and waterproofed. The historic courthouse building has a brand new roof, and rooftop HVAC units will soon be mounted.
