GDI-incubated Tabiya recently launched Compass, an open-source AI skills discovery tool, at the Google.org Impact Summit! Compass uses AI to transform how young job seekers can identify, articulate, and showcase their skills. Acting as a digital career counselor, it helps youth uncover hidden talents and point them toward the best opportunities in the job market. Designed to be rolled out by youth-facing organizations, local governments, and other Tabiya partners, Compass is built on top of an Oxford-researched, human-vetted skills atlas that maps out the wider world of jobs and work experiences, including informal and unpaid work. The AI interprets responses and generates a comprehensive skills report and CV. This process helps job seekers better understand and present their capabilities to employers, potentially connecting them with suitable job opportunities. Try a demo version of Compass at compass.tabiya.org Read more about Tabiya's experience at the Google.org Impact Summit 2024 https://lnkd.in/edsgewfx #SocialImpact #TechForGood #AI
