🤩 We’re starting this Monday on an inspiration high after an awesome couple of days last week with our customer advisory board in Denver. A few things that we were thankfully reminded of after spending time collaborating and working together: 🔎 There’s no one way to lead. Each of these leaders shared different and new tactics for overcoming similar challenges from churn mitigation to team skill development. And every example reminded us of how important “trying something new” can be and how we actively need to break from our norms to gain learnings. 🤝 Relationships flourish in person. From small group discussions to cocktail making to learning each others’ “background story”—the dynamic of being face-to-face helps to build relationships, empathy and understanding more quickly than when only done on screen. 💚 It feels good to do good! We made stuffed animals in partnership with Spark the Change Colorado for local children in need. What a menagerie of cute animals we made!
