Developed in partnership with Invesco EMEA, the project site has its own biotope, which is home to numerous animal and plant species. In addition to creating habitats for the preservation of these various species, the project is being developed in accordance with the highest sustainability standards. Savills is handling the marketing of the industrial space, which can be customized to meet the needs of various users. TCC and partner CBRE Investment Management signed a full-building lease at the JV’s latest industrial project, Arsenal Trade Center, with JW FULFILLMENT. The logistics company leased 342,371 square feet at the three-building development, which delivered earlier this year and includes more than one million square feet of world-class logistics space. TCC closed this week on a 4.78-acre site in LA, located next door to the popular Northridge Fashion Center Mall. High Street Residential will develop the site into a 350-unit, luxury apartment building with world-class amenities, slated to deliver to the San Fernando Valley market in 2027.
