    Introducing a new Unify x Navattic play 🤝 Automate (extremely relevant) outbound to prospects who check out your Product Tour. Garrett shows you how to do this in minutes with Unify. First, Garrett creates a new audience for all prospects enrolled into our CRM from the Product Tour. Then, he runs an always-on Playbook to reach out to Senior titles at companies who had people take the tour, with messaging personalized to this play. This audience is always growing, so as long as the Playbook is on, this sequence will run automatically. This is a killer way to get in front of people demonstrating high intent for your product.     If we said you could book meetings with target prospects at dream accounts in the next 24 hours, would you believe us? If not, check this out: Default—a form, scheduling, and workflow company—did just that. Before, they were facing a problem: They were getting site traffic, but outbounding to these prospects was too much work. In short, they were leaving leads on the table. So they turned to Unify.     When prospects are evaluating your product, they're also looking at reviews of your competitors. This is need to know intel for: 1) AEs working pipeline 2) Growth teams to trigger automated outbound On 1) our team uses G2 to know which other solutions a prospect is comparing us against, even if a prospect hasn't explicitly told us. This has given us an edge in a few key deals. It tells us how we should be positioning our product. In this video, Garrett walks you through 2 - how to automate outbound that's timely and relevant. First, create a new audience in Unify. Next, create a condition stating G2 Page Views are equal to or more than 1 in the last 30 days. Here, you filter for companies who viewed pages relevant to your category, as well as Compare and Pricing pages, or simply ones that viewed your profile. Set whichever exclusions you'd like. After that, create a playbook, and pick the personas you want to reach out to. Enroll that persona into the sequence you created in the last step. Finally, let it run! Because it's always on, people will be automatically entered and reached out to as they meet the conditions for the Audience, until you turn it off.

    The lowest-hanging fruit in intent-based outbound?   Reaching out to people hiring for roles related to your product or service (ask us how we know). Garrett will show you how to do it at scale, automatically, in just a couple of minutes. He starts by pulling a CSV of companies hiring for a relevant role (SDRs). Then, he prospects for our target personas right in Unify (we automatically enrich accounts with emails and phone number data). After that, he enrolls them into a sequence referencing the fact that they're hiring and introduces our product as a potential solution. Anyone can run this exact Playbook with job titles specific to what they sell. We hope that helps. Go book some meetings!

    Companies that fit your ICP raise money every day. This video will teach you how to warm outbound to them in minutes. Watch below as Garrett: 1) Finds a data source for companies that recently fundraised (you can upload your own CSV to Unify as well). 2) Creates an audience of companies using that CSV. 3) Makes a new Playbook, and prospects for key decision-makers who might buy Unify. 4) Rotates the inboxes he sends from (we also personalize messaging based on each sender, to make sure each email is hyper-relevant). ...all in just a few clicks.     Know should know when your target accounts are evaluating your competitors on G2. Here's how to (automatically) book warm outbound meetings when this happens: 1) In Unify, create a new audience filtering for G2 Page Views for "Alternatives" or "Compare." Optionally, you can add a website visit to your site and stack intent signals. Prospects don't browse and compare B2B SaaS solutions as a hobby. They're clicking into these pages because they're solving for a need—and this playbook helps you to engage with them at the right time. 2) Create a playbook to reach out to your target personas at those companies. Enroll them into a sequence asking if they're considering competitors, and share your competitive differentiation.     LinkedIn is an intent goldmine. Steal this playbook that we use at Unify. A play we run is automating outbound emails to prospects who've viewed our LinkedIn profiles. In this video, Garrett shows you exactly how to run this with Unify. First, pull a CSV of people who've viewed your linkedin profile. Captain Data and PhantomBuster are a couple solutions that can help you with this. Next, upload the CSV as an audience in Unify. We can enrich emails + phone numbers just using a LinkedIn profile URL. Then create a Playbook to reach out to these people referencing the profile view. For example, your email copy can say "hey {{firstName}}, saw you viewed my LinkedIn profile, so I wanted to reach out and intro our company..."     A Closed Lost opportunity visiting your website might mean they're reconsidering. Here's how to maximize your chances of turning them into a customer (with Unify): 1) Create a new audience that filters for Page Views from companies that have a Closed Lost opportunity or deal (optional: filter further for more high intent activity, like visiting your technical docs). 2) Set up a Slack alert to a public channel or your own DMs for whenever this happens. You'll never drop the ball on this again. 3) Optional: also stand up an "Always On" playbook that will prospect for 3+ contacts at each of these companies. Enroll them in sequences relevant to their personas. Retargeting Closed Lost opportunities is an easy way to book pipeline using Unify. Shoutout to Garrett for the great demo here.
