Keeping with our theme for January, it is only fitting that we highlight Anker Haus within this series. This community will forever be known as Charlotte's first pocket neighborhood and it is so special that this project is part of the UDP portfolio. Anker Haus consists of 49 townhome rental units in the Commonwealth Park neighborhood within walking distance to the nightlife and restaurants in trendy & eclectic Plaza Midwood. Anker Haus’s unique contemporary townhome designs include 2- and 3-bedroom units with attached 2 car garages that complement the Commonwealth/Plaza Midwood style. My Niche Apartments

Larue Townhomes is a residential development located in Wendell, NC. The project consists of 81 Townhouse units with associated amenities. There is a mix of front loaded and rear loaded townhomes within the development. UDP provided site design, land development and planning services, and construction documents services.

✨SANDY PORTER RZ APPROVAL✨ UDP is proud to have partnered with the Drox Group, LLC on this recently approved 194-unit Townhome Development in the City of Charlotte. The community will feature nearly two acres of green area, an acre communal amenity area, while providing a myriad of transportation and pedestrian improvements.

Part of UDP’s 20-year celebration is each month has a theme that we will highlight and celebrate. January’s theme is “Transforming Our Community One Design at a Time” where we highlight projects throughout the last two decades. These celebrations will be done through a series of photos, videos, and posts on all our social accounts, and we hope you will join us throughout the year to celebrate. UDP has had the pleasure of being a part of community transformations throughout the Carolinas. Throwing it back to one of UDP’s very first projects! 🙌 Back in 2005, we helped bring this beautiful 25-lot single-family subdivision to life in the Quail Hollow neighborhood of Charlotte. 🏡✨ From traditional Italian villas to modern French countryside designs, this community has become a well-established gem. UDP provided land planning and development permitting, collaborating with stakeholders to make it all happen.
