💚 Happy day 1 of 31 Days of Joy! For several years, my team at FNBO has put together a month full of contests, prizes and giveaways for our valued customers and area nonprofits in honor of the Month of Giving. 🎁 It’s a huge lift with a big reward. Contests are a great way to generate brand awareness by engaging customers and building relationships. 🙌 They offer fantastic opportunities to get to know your customers better. Contests help foster a sense of community as customers share comments and engage with one another. As we gain customer insights from their feedback, we can integrate them into our content and future promotions. It's not just about what we say, it's about what our customers say. ☃️ Think of it as a snowball rolling down a hill. Contests initiate a momentum that grows as it goes. Once we have a few people commenting, others quickly follow as they’re inspired to contribute. It's a ripple effect that transforms a one-time engagement into an ongoing conversation. 👀 And when our audience sees real people engaging with our brand, it adds a layer of authenticity and credibility to our brand story. It's a testament to the genuine connection we share with our community. 🌟 In short, 31 Days of Joy is about propelling FNBO’s purpose of improving the financial well-being of our customers and ensuring the success of all the communities we call home. It’s a strategic tool for brand elevation, fostering connections, and building a reservoir of authentic content that speaks volumes about who we are. Let's keep creating experiences that win hearts and minds. PS – Check out FNBO on Facebook at https://lnkd.in/gBbitrbU to see this campaign and enter for the chance to win prizes! #MonthOfGiving #InsideFNBO #FNBOInsiders #SocialMediaContests

The Super Bowl is over...but have you heard of the Sertoma Pro Bowl that was played to celebrate our upcoming Friendship Dinner? Watch the video and catch the play by play called by our upcoming Friendship Dinner featured speaker, Charles Davis! On May 14th at the Mill & Mine, we will feature Charles Davis—NFL Commentator for CBS and a former Vol football player. And most importantly, we’ll be honoring Wes Stowers and his family from Stowers Machinery with the Lifetime of Love award. This isn't just an event; it's a chance to support a great mission and mix and mingle with 350 diverse and influential guests that know how to blend business with a bit of football banter. Here’s why I think you'll love being part of it: -Spotlight on You: Imagine your brand lighting up our event space and buzzing on social media, just like those stadium lights on game night. -Network Touchdown: It's like the best post-game party for networking, where every handshake could lead to your next big play. -Community Cheers: Your support echoes far beyond the event, spotlighting your commitment to social good—a cheer that resonates with clients and customers alike. -Tax Score: Plus, there might be some nifty tax perks in it for you. We're creating an experience where your support has a direct, life-changing impact on adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. So, if you wonder why Amber and I are pushing so hard to help Ruling Our eXperiences, Inc. (ROX) grow, please read the text I received last night from a mother with a 10-year-old daughter. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Jeff, it's Bev. I wanted to share a precious conversation between Reagan and her friend Ally. They were on FaceTime and Ally said they had ROX at her school on Friday (Ally goes to a different elementary school). Reagan asked her what it was. Hearing Ally explain that they learned about how girls can be confident, and then hearing Reagan say "that is important". It made me smile. I asked Ally what she thought of the things they learned, and of course she said "it was good". Standard kiddo response. So I asked her what she learned, and she said "girls can be leaders". I love that. Thank you for being a part of an organization that is teaching girls how to empower themselves. It's amazing what you and ROX are doing! ------------------------------------------------------------------- It's not me Bev, it's Amber using her story to work through me to help other young girls avoid the on-ramp to the highway of pain she traveled. If you want to help, consider being one of Amber's ACES of Hearts. If you are a company looking for cause to support, please consider being a corporate sponsor for Amber's ACES of Hearts initiative.
