Today is the United Nations #internationalwomensday2024. I am delighted to announce the launch of The Women Workplace Index (WWi). I invite you all to join us on March 26. 💥 Nicole Yuen (former colleague at UBS) and I started our first thoughts: - what we can do to elevate women status beyond the agreeable numbers in the Boardroom. - What needs to happen to gauge companies' practices, expand awareness. - What will be the tool and ways to track and make continuous progress. 💥 Our shared passion has since transformed insightful consultation, taking valuable input from so many leaders to enabling us to move talks in to actions. 💥 Sustainability professionals, subject matter experts, a team of research assistants led by global sustainability strategist and analysts, thank you. Together we completed a survey among hundreds of companies in the city. The launch of WWi is a baby step to so much more yet to be done. As a woman I put my personal best to raise awareness and do the right things for the future of humanity... and growth.
