Last night I held another fantastic Brightflag executive dinner. Thanks to all the wonderful #legalops leaders who joined us. I was asked, as I often am, how I manage such a grueling travel schedule. The honest answer is that it’s pretty easy most of the time: ✅ I don’t have any dependents (kids, pets), which I imagine makes a huge difference. ✅ I can fall asleep almost anywhere, any time, so I’m semi-impervious to jet lag. ✅ The world is a fascinating place; getting to see it is a source of inspiration. ✅ Time spent on planes is guaranteed deep work time (Zoom isn’t an option). Most importantly, I love my job. What could be better than spending a night with smart, funny legal ops professionals? My point is this: You can turn most situations into positives with the right approach and mindset. #legaloperations #legaltech
